ASPROMONTIS

The Vineyard
For Aspromontis, various vineyards cultivated on the hills of Bova are used.
Grape Variety
A blend of Syrah & Merlot sourced from our estates.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested around September and undergo a 5-day maceration phase. Subsequently, the wine matures for 15 months in stainless steel containers.
