The Vineyard
For Stilis, various vineyards cultivated on the hills of Bova are used.
Grape Variety
A blend of Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc sourced from our estates.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested around September and undergo a 5-day maceration phase. Subsequently, the wine matures for 6 months in stainless steel containers.

It particularly pairs well with shellfish and oily fish.
